Shipping policy

  • Order processing times - Orders will be processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the following business day.
  • Lower 48 (US) only - As a solo entrepreneur, I am currently unable to serve a global market at this time but plan to support it in the future.
  • Shipping Costs - Calculated at checkout via Shopify. For a limited time we are offering free shipping on overs over $50, as a thank you for being an early supporter of Toyo ToGo.
  • Returns, changes, and cancellations - We strive to satisfy our customers. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to toyoshokuhin.it+returns@gmail.com to inquire about next steps. You can also view our Returns Policy for more information.
  • Potential service interruptions - Orders may take longer to arrive due to external variables such as service outages or weather-related delays. We will communicate any known outages or delays will impact your order.
  • Order tracking details - Once processed and shipped, your order tracking details will be sent to you via Shopify using the email used at checkout.
